Cleaning mainly involves removing grease, dust, lubricants, and other substances that adhere to the surface of the spiral tube. If cleaning cannot be completed through cleaning, acid cleaning will be chosen, which can be divided into chemical and electrolytic methods, which have anti-corrosion effects on the pipeline.

If the spiral pipe manufacturer uses tools to remove rust on the surface of the pipe, and uses a steel wire brush to clean and polish the surface for treatment. If the surface of the steel pipe has a particularly strong oxide skin attached, it may not be able to be cleaned with the help of tools for rust removal, and other methods need to be found.

The last method to solve the surface quality of spiral pipes is shot blasting for rust removal. A high-power motor drives the blades to rotate at high speed, causing abrasives such as steel sand, steel shot, iron wire segment, and minerals to spray and treat the surface of the steel pipe under centrifugal force, which can play a role in rust removal.
