Our company's steel pipe production and inspection process is strictly carried out in accordance with API 5L and GT/9711 standards, and has undergone technical transformation according to higher gas pipeline standards. We have the ability to produce high-quality line pipes by both pipe making and testing equipment. Before the trial production of each batch of steel pipes, we strictly follow the process tests and evaluations required by the standards for the quality inspection throughout the entire process from the entry of raw materials to the storage of products. Ensure that the steel pipes undergo weld inspection one by one; X-ray inspection (there is no blind spot at the end of the tube); Hydrostatic testing (water pressure inspection adopts end face sealing, and the blind area at the pipe end is minimized), and the automatic recorder for hydrostatic testing can ensure that each steel pipe is tested and maintained according to the specified pressure and time; Appearance inspection (including internal and external welds and base metal surface), chemical analysis and mechanical performance testing shall be conducted by batch according to the inspection and testing plan to ensure the high-quality products.
