Our company is equipped with Four automatic anti-corrosion equipment, which can coat and anti-corrosion the outer wall of steel pipes and inter wall of steel pipes, including epoxy powder spraying FBE, medium density and high-density polyethylene HDPE,3LPE, polypropylene anti-corrosion two-layer 2LPP, and three-layer anti-corrosion 3LPP.
Inner coating specifications: Ф 89- Ф 2500.
Internal fusion bonded epoxy powder coating is a new type of anti-corrosion coating developed in recent years, which uses electrostatic spraying technology to apply epoxy powder coating and form a film in one go. This coating has the characteristics of simple application operation, no pollution, good impact and bending resistance of the coating, and high temperature resistance.
Application: The product is widely used in Oil pipeline, natural gas pipeline, heat supply pipeline and water supply pipeline.
Pipe inner FBE coated. High quality LSAW steel pipe coated material also can coat spiral steel pipe, ERW steel pipe, seamless steel pipes.
Epoxy: APIRP-5L2, AWWA C213 etc.
ANSI/AWWA C210-Standard for Liquid-Epoxy Coating systems for the Interior and exterior of Steel Water Pipelines.
