This coating has the characteristics of simple application operation, no pollution, good impact and bending resistance of the coating, and high temperature resistance.
Product specifications: Ф 48-- Ф 3000.
Material: Q235B, Q345B, 10 # steel, 20 # steel, X42-X80 grade, etc.
Application: The product is widely used in Oil pipeline, natural gas pipeline, heat supply pipeline and water supply pipeline.
Production standards: SY/T0315-97, SY/T0315-2005, CAN/CSA-Z245.20-M98, DIN30671, Q/CNPC38-2002.

The Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating system is an externally-applied thermosetting resin for pipe. It is applied in the form of a dry powder at thicknesses of 400-600 microns onto the heated surface of the steel pipe. Once applied and cured, the epoxy film exhibits an extremely hard surface with excellent adhesion to the steel surface.
End Cutting Beveled 30degree, cutback 20mm from end, Protected with plastic caps and Nylon strip around the coated pipes.
