EN10219 LSAW Steel Pipe
LSAW steel Pipe, Longitudinal-seam Submerge arc welding steel pipe.
The material of LSAW steel pipe is unit middle or heavy thickness sheet, coiled in the molding or forming machine, welded by double submerged arc welding and expand the diameter. The specification scope is wide, and has good toughness, ductility, uniformity, compactness.
Advantage of LSAW steel pipes the difference with SSAW steel pipe:
Diameter is large, heavy wall thickness, anti-high pressure, anti-low temperature and corrosion.
EN10219 Cold formed welded structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine Grain steels.
Part 2: Tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties, specifies tolerances for cold formed welded circular, square and rectangular structural hollow sections, and manufactured in wall thickness up to 40mm, circular outside diameters up to 2500mm.
The formulae for calculating sectional properties of sections manufactured to the dimensional tolerances of this standard, to be used for the purposes of structural design, are given in Annex B.
Dimensions and sectional properties for a limited range of sizes are given in Annex C.
Technical delivery conditions are specified in EN10219-1.
