DSAW Steel Pipe
The double-sided submerged arc welded pipe is mainly rolled with hot rolled coils and medium plates. The double-sided LSAW steel pipe adopts double-sided submerged arc welding technology, and its wall thickness is relatively thicker than that of ordinary welded pipe. Compared to ordinary wall thickness welded pipes, the advantages are: high compressive strength, high impact strength, high performance, and long service life.

Application field:
1. Oil and gas pipeline, the thick wall welded pipe mainly used in this pipeline, such as the West–East Gas Pipeline Project.
2. The machining industry has high requirements for the straightness and out of roundness of large-diameter straight seam steel pipes, such as those used in road machinery and chemical equipment.
3. Engineering structure, the industry mainly uses low-end double-sided submerged arc welded pipes, such as large-scale pipe truss projects in train stations, subways, sports venues, etc.
Our Double-sided submerged arc straight seam steel pipe (DSAW) is made by thin, medium and thick steel plate as raw material. After plate flaw detection, milling, pre bending, JCOE forming, it is pressed into J shape first, then the other half of the steel plate is bent and pressed into C shape, and finally forms an open O shape. The welded pipe is produced by double-sided submerged arc internal and external welding technology, expanding after welding, nondestructive testing after welding, mechanical ending etc.
Welded steel pipes refer to steel pipes with joints on the surface that are formed by bending and deforming steel strips or steel plates into circular or square shapes and then welding them. According to different welding methods, it can be divided into arc welded pipe, high-frequency or low-frequency resistance welded pipe, gas welded pipe, furnace welded pipe, Bundy pipe, etc.
Welded steel pipes are used in petroleum drilling and production, machinery, manufacturing, and other industries. Furnace welded pipe can be used as Water gas pipe, and large diameter straight seam welded pipe can be used for high-pressure oil and gas transmission, etc. Spiral welded pipes are used for oil and gas transportation, pipe piles, bridge piers, etc. Welded steel pipes have lower costs and higher production efficiency than seamless steel pipes. Straight seam welded pipes are formed by bending steel plates or strips, and then welded.
According to their usage, they are further divided into general welded pipes, galvanized welded pipes, blown oxygen welded pipes, wire sleeves, metric welded pipes, roller pipes, deep well pump pipes, automotive pipes, transformer pipes, welded thin-walled pipes, welded special shaped pipes, and spiral welded pipes. Generally, common welded pipes are used to transport low-pressure fluids.
