Our company has four automatic production lines which can coat steel pipes, including epoxy powder spraying FBE, medium density and high-density polyethylene HDPE,3LPE, polypropylene anti-corrosion two-layer 2LPP, and three-layer anti-corrosion 3LPP,specialized in the production and processing of TPEP, outer PE inner EP, inner and outer FBE, and coated composite steel pipes, with product specifications Ф 89- Ф 2500. The production standard is CJ/T120-2008.
TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe - outer 3PE and inner fusion bonded epoxy anti-corrosion steel pipe is an upgraded product based on the outer single-layer polyethylene inner epoxy composite steel pipe, and is currently an advanced form of steel pipe anti-corrosion for buried long-distance pipelines. The outer wall uses the hot-melt bonding process to form a three-layer anti-corrosion coating consisting of the bottom epoxy resin, the middle adhesive and the outer polyethylene. The inner wall uses the Thermal spraying epoxy powder anti-corrosion method to evenly coat the powder on the surface of the pipe body after high-temperature heating and fusion to form a steel plastic alloy layer, referred to as TPEP steel pipe, (T, the initials of three layers, PE refers to polyethylene, EP refers to epoxy resin). This coating greatly improved coating adhesion and thickness, enhanced resistance to bumps and corrosion.
