Three production lines for coated composite steel pipes, specializing in the production and processing of TPEP, outer PE inner EP, inner and outer FBE, and coated composite steel pipes, with product specifications Ф 89- Ф 2500. The production standard is CJ/T120-2008.
3LPE coated Pipes with high quality anti-corrosion materials. Three Polyethylene (3LPE), two polyethylene (2PE) pipe coatings for oil and gas pipelines.
Standard:
SY/T0413-2002,DIN30670, ISO 21809-1, CSA Z245.21 etc.
Process:
(1) Sanding blast SA2.5 and near white metal
(2) First layer FBE thickness as per standard
(3) Second layer Adhesive thickness as per standard
(4) Third layer Polyethylene (HDPE) thickness as per standard
(5) End Cutting Beveled 30degree, cut back 20mm from end
